The blades of this type of impeller have covers at both ends, and the flow channel is closed. It is mostly used for transporting high head and relatively clean media. It has high efficiency, but the manufacturing process is more difficult. Generally, the number of blades in centrifugal pump impellers ranges from 6 to 12. However, the number of blades is not necessarily the more the better, as too many blades will cause problems such as increased fluid flow velocity, excessive blade friction, and deterioration of the impeller's cavitation resistance. In terms of material, common options include cast iron, cast copper, stainless steel, etc. If transporting corrosive fluid media, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel materials or plastic materials can be used for the impeller.

1.Cleaning liquid

Vertical multi-stage fire pumps can convey thin, clean, non-solid-particle or non-fiber-containing non-flammable and non-explosive media.

2. Mildly Corrosive Liquids

Some models of vertical multi-stage centrifugal pumps, such as the CDLF type, are made of stainless steel and are suitable for mildly corrosive liquids.

3. High-temperature liquid

The high-temperature vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump can withstand high temperatures and is suitable for transporting liquids with a temperature up to 180°C, such as the recovery of condensate water and the transportation of hot water.

4. Industrial Liquids

Vertical multi-stage centrifugal pumps can be used to convey various industrial liquids, including but not limited to coolant, boiler feed water, air conditioning circulating water, etc.

5. Tap Water

Vertical multi-stage fire pumps can be used for the transportation and pressurization of tap water.

6. Sewage

Some vertical multi-stage centrifugal pumps can also be used for the lifting and transportation of sewage.
